A clause is a short phrase, sentence or paragraph that is stored in ContactsLaw and can be inserted into documents during editing.

Clauses may be associated with a particular workgroup, or otherwise available anywhere. Arbitrary categories can also be assigned.

Each clause has a descriptive name and the clause content, which may include formatting. You can add placeholders to the clause content, which causes the user to be prompted for a value when the clause is inserted into a document. Expressions can also be included, however they cannot refer to assets.
