  1. Open the app and go to the “Manage” section and click the “New Task

  2. Enter Description: Provide a description of the task

  3. Start and Due Times: Set these times for prioritisation

    Step 4 - Create Tasks.png
  4. Associate with a Matter
  5. Add a checklist item
  6. Delegate Task: Assign to yourself or another member.

  7. Set it as "High Priority" or "Low Priority"

  8. Delegate Task: Assign to yourself or another member.
  9. Add Additional Data: Pre-fill specific data if relevant to the activity.
  10. Save: The task will appear on your task list.
