In the Desktop App, windows which are associated with activities display the workflow command. This is usually situated in or below the top-right of the title bar.
The workflow command (and adjacent area) perform several functions:
- Displays the name of the activity being performed, as well as the time when work commenced
 - If the activity was started from a task or appointment, provides access to the item
 - If the activity is timed, provides access to the time record
 - If the activity is part of a queue, displays the position and number of activities in the queue (as well as a command to cancel the remaining activities if needed)
