In ContactsLaw, a business refers to the organisational unit immediately below a subscription. It represents a law firm or some associated business, such as a trust or subsidiary.
Every subscription contains at least one business, known as the primary business. Additional businesses can be created at any time.
Properties
A business has the following properties:
- An associated entity contact that contains the business details.
- A short code used to access the business in the Web App.
- Documents, such as a logo image, which can be used in document production.

Security

Deletion
A business that was created accidentally can be deleted at any time. A business cannot be deleted once any substantial work has been performed within it.
