How to create a new “To-Do”

  1. Open the app and go to the “Manage” section and click the “New To-Do”.

  2. Enter Description: Provide a description of the task.

  3. Start and Due Times: Set these times for prioritisation.

  4. Associate with a Matter: Choose from recent matters if needed.
  5. Add a checklist item.
  6. Delegate the task to an individual

  7. Set Priority: Mark as high or low priority.
  8. Add Notes: Include any additional remarks.
  9. Set Recurrence: Define recurrence settings, adjusting for business hours.
  10. Save: The task will appear on your task list.
