ContactsLaw provides functionality for recording powers and estates in accordance with Legal Profession Regulations in certain jurisdictions. Collectively, they form the Register of Powers & Estates report.

Among the details captured for powers and estates are:

  • A document containing further details
  • Date of the above document
  • The contact who is the donor of the power, or the deceased
  • The member who is assigned the power
  • The related matter
  • Date on which the power commenced
  • Details of the donor/deceased's bank accounts
  • Date on which the power concluded, if any
