Main Window (Desktop App)

The main window displays tabs for various resources and provides access to all functionality in the Desktop App.

It is associated with a particular business, which you select either during startup or via the New Window command. You can open multiple windows for different businesses. When following certain links or navigating to items belonging to a different business, ContactsLaw will automatically open/switch to the window associated with that business.

Layout

The main window is divided up into the following areas:

• Ribbon (including the backstage area)
• Tabs
• Navigation pane
• Status bar
