The functionality of the Desktop App can be extended using plug-ins. These typically provide support for additional document formats and telephone systems.

List of Official Plug-ins

• Adobe Acrobat Integration - Allows editing PDFs via the DMS App without requiring local checkout.
• InfoTrack Integration - Provides an interface for ordering external services via InfoTrack.
• Microsoft Office Integration - Allows editing Microsoft Office formats via the DMS App without requiring local checkout. This includes external checkout for emails.
• TAPI Telephony Integration - Provides support for telephony integration via the Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI), whose services are implemented by Windows.
