Referral Event

ContactsLaw tracks referrals by recording individual events that may occur over time. A contact may be referred to one or more businesses on multiple occasions in differing circumstances.

Properties

A referral event has the following properties:

• Date when the contact was referred
• Referral source (medium, campaign, etc)
• Optional referring contact (for reporting purposes)
